1. Purpose

Codiste Pvt Ltd operates this website. Using spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to advertise this website, anything published on it, its services, or any related Codiste offering is not permitted. The terms set out below bind Codiste and everyone who sends messages on its behalf.

2. Scope

Every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor and service provider falls under this policy, as does anybody else sending electronic communications for Codiste or in its name. It governs email, SMS, and messages sent over social or professional networks, whether issued singly or in bulk.

3. Prohibited practices

In connection with this website, none of the following may be done:

• Sending unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
• Falsifying or disguising sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
• Using contact data that was gathered unlawfully, or that is used in breach of applicable law or a provider's terms.
• Continuing to send promotional messages to somebody who has asked for them to stop.
• Promoting this website through spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, whether by an employee, a partner, a vendor, or an unrelated third party.
• Placing the Codiste name, this domain, or links to it inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.

4. Permitted communications

Codiste writes to people who asked to hear from it, to people it already works with, and to people who made a direct enquiry. Every such message identifies Codiste plainly as the sender, describes its subject accurately, and carries a working way to stop receiving further messages.

5. Opt-out

A request to stop receiving messages is honoured without argument and without asking for a reason. Requests are actioned promptly once received. Messages that are strictly operational, such as those concerning an active engagement, a security matter, or a legal obligation, may still be sent.

6. Third-party compliance

Anybody sending messages for Codiste, or in its name, must follow this policy along with all applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging an outside party does not license that party to use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender details, or any other prohibited practice to promote this website.

7. Reporting and enforcement

If a message you received appears to breach this policy, report it to nishant.b@codiste.solutions. Please include a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers if you have them. Codiste will look into it, halt any non-compliant activity, and may terminate the access or the engagement of anyone responsible.
